Nature of the Website

This site is a private reference resource. It does not store official Lee County inmate records, jail rosters, court filings, warrants, or booking photos, and it cannot confirm custody status, release a person, file a document, or change a government record.

The site points visitors to inmate and jail-record resources in Lee County and Mississippi, including official agencies and third-party research tools.

Acceptable Use

• Do not use the site in a way that violates law.
• Do not use information from the site to stalk, harass, threaten, or intimidate anyone.
• Do not use site content for hiring, housing, lending, insurance, licensing, or other screening decisions.

No Consumer Reporting Use

The site links to sheriff and jail pages, public rosters, Mississippi public-records resources such as Miss. Code Ann. Sections 25-61-1 and 25-61-5, correctional locators, court portals, legal resources, and outside search services. Those sites are separate from this one. Their content, uptime, data practices, fees, and terms are their responsibility.
